The Sale Foodhall project exemplifies CDS Wilman’s expertise in creating vibrant, community-centered spaces that combine thoughtful interior design with seamless functionality. Located in the heart of Sale, this dynamic food and drink destination is designed to be both a social hub and a showcase for local and independent food vendors.

CDS Wilman provided a full turnkey solution, designing the interiors to create a modern, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere. From open-plan seating areas to bespoke lighting and feature walls, every element was crafted to reflect the Foodhall’s lively character and its connection to the community.

In addition to the interiors, CDS Wilman designed and installed all front-of-house serverys and a fully equipped back-of-house kitchen. Each vendor station was built to a standard and adaptable design, allowing for rotational food vendor offerings. This approach ensured flexibility and variety, supporting an evolving culinary experience for visitors.

The thoughtful design incorporated sustainable materials and finishes, aligning with modern environmental goals while creating a durable and stylish space. The result is a multi-functional venue that caters to vendors’ operational needs and enhances the visitor experience.
