Stocks Exchange Hotel

It was an absolute pleasure to work on the Stock Exchange Hotel restaurant, located in the heart of central Manchester on Norfolk Street, between Market Street and King Street. Our scope included the design, supply, and installation of two state-of-the-art kitchens, an impressive theatre kitchen, and a stunning new bar featuring a breakfast, wine, and cheese area. Housed in the former home of the Manchester Stock Exchange, every detail has been meticulously considered to create fine dining while capturing the spirit and heritage of the building.
