Inspired by of award-winning resident chef Dipna Anand's renowned Indian heritage and culinary expertise, the design seamlessly merges Indian aesthetics with vibrant hues and striking accents, mirroring the essence of her diverse menu. Collaborating with eco-conscious suppliers and local artisans, CDS Wilman ensures environmental integrity across every detail. The adaptable layout caters to diverse preferences, while the integrated micro-brewery, utilising surplus bread, champions sustainability and charitable causes. Thoughtful elements like bespoke curved tables promote spontaneity and connection, fostering a sense of belonging and community.
