A Sustainable Design Journey at Unity Place

We successfully completed The Baker’s Room at Unity Place in Milton Keynes, delivering a seamless design-build process from concept to completion. Our team worked closely with the client to create a welcoming environment where customers can enjoy fresh baked goods, combining both functionality and aesthetics.

In line with sustainability efforts, the bakery's surplus bread is repurposed and used by the on-site mini-brewery to produce beer, showcasing an innovative approach to reducing waste.

The project features custom design elements and meticulous attention to back-of-house operations, contributing to a vibrant and eco-conscious community space. We're proud to have played a role in this exciting and sustainable addition to the local area.
