At the picturesque Storrs Hall hotel in Windermere, we undertook a comprehensive renovation, relocating and redesigning the commercial kitchen to include multi-functional spaces and state-of-the-art sicotronic equipment. Embracing the client's vision, we transformed the original prep area into a charming Bistro, perfectly positioned to showcase the stunning views of Lake Windermere. The client sought a refined yet bold palette to add vibrant colour while honouring the building's heritage and its beautiful location. Our design emphasized finer details and high-end finishes, resulting in an elegant and inviting space that harmonizes tradition with contemporary style.
