CATERING EQUIPMENT, COUNTERS & BARS

CDS have long standing partnerships with leading food service equipment providers, counter fabrication and bar manufacturers. Enabling CDS to offer catering solutions tailored to the client’s customer offer, method of operation, building envelope and budget constraints.

SHOPFITTING, JOINERY & BUILDING WORK

In addition to the equipment and counter provision, CDS provide a one stop shop of your fit out requirements. Including bespoke joinery, flooring, ceiling, decorations, mechanical & electrical as well as extraction and refrigeration services.

CROCKERY, GLASSWARE & UTENSILS

Our team can source creative crockery items to compliment the food offer, be it fine china, ceramic or earthenware. In addition to this, we can supply a comprehensive range of glassware and bar equipment for all types of service from banqueting, cocktails, bars or fine dining.

PRINCIPLE CONTRACTOR AND DESIGNER

CDS have Principle Contractor accreditation with CHAS and ALTIUS. We also have SMAS accreditation as Principle Designer. All our teams are fully CDM15 trained. From concept development through structural surveys and feasibility studies our clients appreciate the added value of continuous involvement through all stages of facility buildout.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

CDS provide national coverage of their catering and fit out installations, either as a principle contractor or on a sub contractor basis. With fully trained project managers that are CMSTS, First Aid and Asbestos awareness accredited as a minimum. Project managers are allocated at the pre commencement stage and engaged throughout the installation period, leading the coordination of designers, quantity surveyors, estimators and partners to deliver schemes on program and budget.

HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGEMENT

Our operation team and retained Health & Safety agents have a proven experience of compliance and statutory best practice with a proud record of no RIDDOR notifications. Robust quality assurance processes coupled with site audit and control support CDS’ efforts to deliver schemes to best practise industry standards.

TRAINING & SUPPORT

Our project managers have a wealth of knowledge and experience on restaurant equipment and operations. Combined with our partners we can offer training and support to your operational teams as part of our hand over process.
